- Business Type:
- Open to both startups (with a prototype or newly launched product) and established businesses with innovative or interesting products.
- Business Status:
- While a valid business license or equivalent documentation is preferred, small companies without formal documentation are also encouraged to apply, provided they have a clear business concept or prototype to showcase.
- Commitment & Representativeness:
- Must be available for the entire duration of the expo, ready to showcase with proper presentation materials, and adhere to setup/breakdown schedules.
- Feedback Receptivity:
- Openness to receive feedback from attendees, investors, or other participants.
- Ethical Standards:
- The business should adhere to ethical practices, and products should not infringe on any copyrights or patents.
- We welcome communications and documents in both English and Bahasa to accommodate your preference.

- Online Submission:
- Submit your application through the designated portal on our official website before the deadline.
- Kirimkan aplikasi Anda melalui portal situs resmi kami sebelum batas waktu.

- Payment of Operational Fee:
- Once selected to 50 best, you will be asked to pay Rp. 1.500.000 IDR, you must commit and ensure availability for all scheduled events, especially the Summit Expo Day.
- Setelah terpilih menjadi 50 terbaik, Anda akan diminta membayar Rp. Rp 1.500.000, Anda harus berkomitmen dan memastikan ketersediaan untuk semua jadwal acara, terutama Summit Expo Day
